Jordon Castro began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey in early 2009 before leaving later that year to serve in the United States Air Force. After a brief break from training, he returned to the mats in January 2014 while on active duty, dedicating himself fully to the art and lifestyle of jiu-jitsu.
While stationed in Las Vegas, Jordon trained under legendary instructor Robert Drysdale, earning his blue belt through consistent work, discipline, and competition-focused training. In 2017, he relocated to Sacramento, where he continued his development at Sacramento BJJ.
In 2021, after years of commitment to both learning and teaching the art, Jordon was awarded his black belt. Known for his technical approach, attention to detail, and ability to coach students of all levels, Jordon is passionate about building confidence, discipline, and real-world skill through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—on and off the mats.
